Australian Customers
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars
All jewellery orders will be sent via Australia Post express mail. A signature will be required for delivery.
As some of our collection is made to order, we will advise you at the time of ordering the specified time for your product to be made and posted.
We do have a small amount of stock on hand, so please let our Customer Service Team know if you require your order urgently.
Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received your order We will advise you by email when your parcel is to be posted.
For special custom-made orders please allow 5 weeks for delivery. If for some reason your custom-made designer accessory will not be ready within this time-period, you will be contacted by email and given an estimated delivery time.
Delivery: We wish to advise we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes, all items require a signature on delivery.
International Customers
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.
As some of our designer pieces are made to order - Allow 6 weeks for delivery from the payment confirmation date. No additional charge for standard postage. for international orders.
Australian tax (G.S.T.) is removed from international orders please be aware International orders may be subject to custom duties and/or local taxes. These charges must be borne by the purchaser. If for any reason delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods back to Australia will be charged back to the customer.
All international parcels are shipped using Australia Post Express and then delivered by the local postal service once in the destination country.
We do not take any responsibility and are not liable for products damaged or lost in transit overseas.
In some cases, orders may be completed earlier than the proposed time. We do have a small amount of stock on hand, so please let our Customer Service Team know if you require your order urgently – we may be able to prioritise orders in special cases. If for some reason your custom-made designer accessory will not be ready within this time-period, you will be contacted by email and given an estimated delivery time.
We are required to comply with Australian Export Regulations and we must declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as “Merchandise”.
