How will my parcel be delivered?
Australian Customers
All items will be sent via Australia Post using registered mail. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received. We will contact you by email to advise when your order will be made or is ready to be dispatched.
For special custom-made orders please allow 5 weeks for delivery. If for some reason your custom-made designer accessory will not be ready within this time-period, you will be contacted by email and given an estimated delivery time.
Free shipping does not apply to Bartercard Members or wholesale accounts.
International Customers
Allow 6 weeks for delivery from the payment confirmation date. Responsibility for any customs, duties, taxes or any other associated costs in relation to international orders will be met by the purchasing customer.
We do not take any responsibility and are not liable for products damaged or lost in transit overseas.
For special custom-made orders please allow 6 weeks for delivery. If for some reason your custom-made designer accessory will not be ready within this time-period, you will be contacted by email and given an estimated delivery time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

Please note Visa/Mastercard receipts will be processed through our business merchant facility Beaded Solutions and a copy of any receipts will be included with all orders.

When you have purchased one of our fabulous pieces........
You will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

BarterCard Payments
We accept BarterCard payments. However postage costs are to be paid for by credit card or direct debit.

Is GST included in my purchase?
A charge of 10% GST is included in all prices on our website.
GST is removed for international buyers.
What is your Return Policy?
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND DAMAGE GOODS POLICY
Please choose your products carefully as we will not refund or exchange products simply because you have changed your mind or a product was incorrectly selected. All products are made to the highest quality standards and checked prior to shipping.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if the goods have been dropped or broken.
If for whatever reason the product you receive is faulty we will fully refund or replace the goods including any postage costs incurred by you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product please contact this us immediately on telephone number 0407 848 693 or contact us by email at returns@andreaagosta.com prior to returning your item.
PLEASE NOTE: Earrings cannot be exchanged due to health regulations.
Returns must be notified by email within 3 days of receiving your order and returns must be received within 7 days of the purchase date. The original tags must be attached. Refunds or exchanges will not be given if products have been worn or if the tags have been removed. Once your return has been processed and accepted, your refund will be debited to your account.
Custom-made products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. There is no exchange or return on sale or discounted products.
Andrea Agosta Designer Jewellery will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Photographs - Colours and sizing
We do our best to provide you with the best photographs of our products, however sometimes with the use of photographic equipment, the use of flash and magnification of items, colours can look a little different and items can appear larger. I love your earrings, but my ears are not pierced. What can I do?
If you don't have your ears pierced, we are able to add a clip on to most styles.
